Chapter 11 - Chapter 10 Senyoryte Heaven

"make yourself comfortable. It will take a while before she comes, I'll send company." She said and left the room before I could say anything else. I wondered what she meant when she said she'll send some company. I looked around and my focus was drawn to the wall. The gold was the background colour and there were thin black stripes on it. I touched the wall, and the texture was so smooth and nice. If not for the black colour that had stained the place, I would have denied that I was in 2nd Heaven. I heard the door creak, and I turned my head in its direction. I was amazed at the sight of the girl I saw. She looked around my age and had features that made her seem out of place, like she didn't belong here. She had waist-length hair which was a blend of platinum gold and shiny black (it was magestically amazing), her black iris was like a black hole that looked like it had the power to hypnotise, she also had dark circles under her eyes; they weren't too dark or too bright, just perfect for her. She had baby pink lips which made her look somewhat innocence, she had average height and nice body curves that fitted her stature. Her wings came from... they were a mixture of white and black feathers. I had seen so many designs of wings in my whole existence but this girls wings were never seen almost non-existent. Beautiful was an understatement for what she looked like. Her dark look balanced with her innocent look. Words weren't enough to truly describe her.

"hi" she said and waved pulling me out of my trance.

"hi, I guess you are supposed to keep me company until Senyoryte Auriel arrives." I asked thinking about the words of the female Archangel.

"uhm, yes." She said and walked to the middle of the room.

"how long will I have to wait before she comes?" I asked wanting to get over with everything.

"asking that question isn't going to do you any good. Why don't you just make yourself comfortable and spend a nice time with me." she said reading the impatience on my face. I decided to do as she said, I wanted to unveil the mystery that was lurking around her.

"okay, I have no problem with that." I said walking over to her. "where are my manners, I am Rebellis Loretta." I said holding out my hand to for a handshake.

"Loretta, the one who was invited to join the Senior Angels?" she asked like she'd heard the name before.

"yes."

"I am pleased to finally meet you. I am Senyoryte Heaven." She said as she shook my hand and shock engulfed my whole body.

'Senyoryte Heaven? As in Senyoryte Auriel' daughter? Head of the Senior Angels? That Senyoryte Heaven???' the questions screamed in my head and I looked at her again examining her features and I thought 'of course, she did resemble Senyoryte Auriel, why didn't her identity come to me sooner? But wait she lacked the most important thing she had no natural gold feature to prove her as Royalty and as a Senyoryte, how was that even possible? Unlike Senyoryte Auriel that looked like a stained flower, she looked like a black rose.'

"it never stops, does it?" she asked making me confused.

"what do you mean?" I asked wanting to know what she meant.

"the shock on people's faces when they realise who I am." She said as she sat down on the waiting chair. Her words made sense, no one would ever think that she was who she was even if they'd heard about her.

"I guess you've met a lot of people to say that does that mean you've lived a long life?" I asked curious to know if she was older.

"well, I've lived half a century but I'm just fifteen. It's kind of a long life or have you lifed longer?"  she asked smiling and I realised she had been smiling since she came in. The smile had never left her face once, even when she complained it was still here. I was surprised at her age, it was quite a number.

"I've lived for forty-four but I'm seventeen. How in the world are you fifteen?" I asked knowing she should have been seventeen or nineteen because of compulsory training.

"I didn't do compulsory training; I've never been to earth before. Only heard what it looks like." She said with a look of wonder.

"are you serious, how is that possible?" I asked curious to know more.

"my mum didn't allow it. I bet she pulled some strings."

"what about you, did you want to go for it?" I asked for her opinion.

"every Angel wants to go to earth. We are all curious of it looks like and works knowing its different from here."

"why didn't you tell her that you wanted to go, wouldn't she have agreed?"

"at the time I had lived for eighteen years, I was still trying to know if I was normal or not and my mum wasn't helping much. That time my opinion if I had one, didn't matter." She said and I was surprised that even while telling this story the smile wasn't erased. She patted the place next to her for me to sit down and I sat down.

"What is the head of the Senior Angels doing in 2nd Heaven?"

"I've actually never been to 1st Heaven before, I have a representative that acts in my place but I do all the work."

"how haven't you been to 1st Heaven before, I mean, isn't that your place of birth?"

"nop. Born and raised here. In this very highland. I've basically been here all my life." She said not seeing anything wrong with it.

"does not mean you've not seen God. I thought God holds a feast for His children and grandchildren every year, have you never attended them?" I asked. It looked like the more I asked, the more mysteries she had.

"never attended. I had always wondered what it would be like to be there but then imagining all eyes on you, all the discussions about you making you feel out of place and what would God say if he saw me. what would he call me? I don't want to know the answer and this place as acted as my shell. A shell I'd never live without." She said as if she'd made her life choices and nothing was going to make her change them. I could imagine what she meant.
