When John touch the book like manual, it scattered into golden light and goes into his head. He then feels large amount of information in his mind. After unknown amount of time he woke up excited. ( where are wild animals when you need them? A human shaped food is standing there for long time, go and eat him.)
He can't wait to cultivate and become strongest but first he check other treasure.( system is the type gamer system where you get strong by killing and getting exp and completing mission. why are you excited to cultivate??)
When he touch the bracelet he gain all information. It is as it's name mentioned 'small farm world'. It is 10 square kilometers in area with small pond in middle. It is treasure as it can grow herbs and medicine 100 times faster. But time is same as of outside world. It can also used as storage device for both living and non living things. He had to explore other properties by himself.
He then remembered he was in middle of forest in the dangerous world of one piece.( idiot!! only now he remember). He was somewhat afraid and hungry. He carefully scout the nearby place and found a waterfall. And by the logic of games he found cave behind the waterfall. (WTF it is anime world not game world).
" I found place to sleep now I need something to eat. Let's catch some fish"
He tried to catch fish by spear fishing but didn't get any success. Then with disappointment he search for some fruits. luckily he found some and eat them. After full stomach he went back to cave for cultivation.
