Dunn looked at his hands.
They were all bloodied as he reloaded his revolver, "I need to go see my daughters."
He had just shot two executives in the head and was sneaked on by a third not long ago, which took him long to shake off.
"Phew-" Ending up somehow in the forest during the pursuit. With a revolver in hand, he looked around a few times and started to walk out from behind an almond tree, having no idea where he was.
The pool of blood left by the dead bodies had evaporated, forming a red mist and permeating the air around him and coating the nearby bodies.
The weird, human-shaped blood in the corner was stretching its claws cozily in the blood mist.
"You got to be kidding with me." Dunn's mouth was pulled into a straight line as he unhurriedly raised his hand.
The blood was moist, slimy, and cold, and its tentacles had countless tiny burrs which kept burying themselves into Dunn's skin.
