Chapter 120 - Like dust

"I almost died from fright," Tremblingly tapping on the car wheel in fear, Eddie drove on Marcoos' bridge, his expression frozen in nervousness, whereas Dunn had to give several envelopes to multiple people so their car would not get inspected.

"Who would ever think I would jump from a place so high up? By the way, how is your back doing now Mr. Rosiana?" Eddie exhaled, and upon leaving the bridge and driving downtown, he increased the car's speed.

Passing by the empty streets at the break of dawn, he had left the city of Islet behind in the blink of an eye and was only minutes away from reaching the reclusive castle.

"I never thought the day would come where I would say, 'I'm too old for this shit." Dunn laughed lowly and once again massaged his back.

No matter how good his body was, without any ability to support it, working long hours at a desk, jumping from the 14th floor was a no go for him.
