Ermaan was so deeply lost in his imagination, that he didn't see the crowd which had accumulated beneath the tree. The group of physicians were staring at Ermaan who had placed his head on his just treated arm, while lying lazily on the tree, gazing at the sky.
When the soldiers saw the physician accumulate, they also joined and thus the crowd was formed, who were gazing at Ermaan. Only when Derek came out of his camp and saw the crowd gathering, did he reach the tree and understand the situation, making him sigh deeply.
Surely this is too much for Kingsman to handle, whose definition of life and living was soon about to change drastically. Otherwise, Kingsman not acting as a hooligan is so out of his character. Not to mention, the Kingsman who only knows how to eat, drink and sleep in the barracks, unless there's something that needs his undivided attention, is actually lost in thinking.
