The liger was quick to catch them up and kill them. It even dragged two of the bodies to use it as food, but what it saw broke it into pieces. It saw the place where its pack was staying was on fire and the worse, its people were entrapped in the fire. They were screaming, pleading for help. But who could have helped? The humans! Humph! Oh puh-lease.
They were just standing and witnessing the view. Some even have a triumphant smile on their faces. It knows it has to save its family, but even if it saves them from the fire, those humans will kill them again with those weapons.
Mama ligers of the pack had just given birth to fifteen kids . They are barely two days old. Its friend is also struck in between the fire, along with its wife and newborn children. But what can it do? It is useless. It can't save them all. It can't help them all. It can't witness the site, it would be better for it to die along with its pack to watch them die from the sidelines.
