Chapter 2 - THE DAY MY LIFE CHANGED

Ever since I turned 16 I have had the same every night, I'm 22 years old now and that still hasn't changed. The dream is so vivid like a memory of something that has yet to happen, I told my father about what was happening and he sent me to the asylum. I spent four years in the asylum with all kinds of Loonies but funny enough they were the only ones who truly believed what I said kinda ironic huh? Dr Edvein sorr was the man who would attempted to listen and understand the dream even though he thought I was crazy, how could I tell you ask? well when everyone looks at you like you're a mad man it becomes pretty easy to tell. I spent four years in the asylum and I would spend two days speaking and being analysed each year by the good doctor.

INTERACTIONS WITH DOCTOR SORR

Dr Edvein: welcome back to your second day of physical and psychological review, how are you feeling Erik?

Erik: how am I feeling? HOW AM I FEELING? you try been locked up with a bunch of loonies for having a bad dream.

Dr Edvein: I'm sure they are some who feel how you feel at the moment but please forgive the crude treatment of put being in such a place, I will ask to have you transferred to another block, would that make you feel better?

Erik: cut the crap doctor Edvein, why am I'm here huh?

Dr Edvein: I'm sure as you know your father brought you here in hopes of making you become better so that's what we doing.

(the doctor said with a gentle smile on his face)

Erik: I guess I have to tell you the story again?

(I said feeling nervous)

Dr Edvein: that is correct, you catch on quick here have a sweet.

(he handed me a bowl whole of candy)

Erik: thank you doctor Edvein.

(I took it gladly)

Dr Edvein: now begin.

(he said leaning back on his chair with a notebook)

Erik: alright.

Erik: it begins with me escorting my father to see my mother.

Dr Edvein: is she alive in the dream?

Erik: no we are visiting her grave, we visit her grave and go to church every time he has to sail to sea delivering cargo.

Dr Edvein: oh yes your father is brother of "no fear Clint" a legendary sailor who once fought a sea serpent that was believed to be about 100 feet long.

Erik: haha I never thought you would be a fan, yes "no fear Clint" Is my uncle and let's just say my father isn't a fan of my uncle or his story.

Dr Edvein: interesting, carry on.

Erik: okay, when we went by the graveyard I found a strange sight to be seen, a weird tentacle monster eyes everywhere on its body. The creature floated above the graveyard with hundreds of Crows flying along side it. The crows make sounds akin to a banshee yet surprisingly enough it seemed my father could not hear nor see this monster that was the size of the queen Anne's revenge. I rushed to my father in hopes of showing him what I'm seeing but he continued Walking forward like he couldn't hear me. The fear in my body reaching a fever pitch affected my voice as I shouted at my father not to go there for the monster would get him. He stood still not barging no matter how much I pulled and pushed his body until....Un.. UNTIL his head starting twisting and getting disfigured, his body soon followed the process I fell frozen in fear hopeless filled my body. with a Voice of a thousand lighting strikes he held my head and said onto me "you will join us child that is your fate", As you know I woke at the graveyard each time this happened regardless of the place I was in.

Dr Edvein: That is quite the experience you have had to suffer and do you still have the dream?

Erik: sometimes and sometimes I don't (I was lying the dream only got worse with more nightmare filled details)

Dr Edvein: you see? you are getting better, just make sure to get enough rest and drink your medicine which is recommended (he stood up making a gesture with his lead hand) that will be enough for today see you again next year.

I would then spend most of the remaining time talking to some guy called "finny Winx" he thinks he can read minds apparently and he foresees "a bad ending" whenever you refuse to give him food, needless to say I wasn't to fond of him in the beginning but when you looked past the madness their lays a good friend to have.
