"What do you mean Gio is locked up?" I asked. "He's in jail, and he said they're moving him back to Ontario, but to a different one," Souline explained. "Where's Gia?" I asked. "She's in the district," Souline said. "Well, we need to go get them," I said. "Hell no," Carlos said. "What do you mean, 'hell no'? That's our friend in jail!" I said.
"Does it look like I care? What do I tell the cops if they see me back there?" Carlos asked. Souline frowned. "Who said you were coming with us?" she asked. Carlos shook his head. "Who's going to take you two there? Uber? You're just wasting money!" he said. "Well, if you're not taking us, that's our only option. Maybe you should focus on finding Kai instead!" she said.
