I smiled faintly as Alliana took a seat. We sat in silence for a while until I finally spoke up. "How are you doing?" I asked, sitting up straight. Alliana didn't answer. Instead, she stared at the ground, making my brows furrow in confusion. "Hello? Am I talking to a wall, or is this the supposedly good lawyer I've been hearing about?" I asked.
"What do you want me to say?" Alliana asked. "A response to my question," I said. Alliana exhaled sharply and crossed her arms over her chest. "Why did you do that?" she asked. "What did I do?" I said. "You know what you did the last time I was here," she said. "Be more specific," I said with a smirk on my lips.
