Lin Ye stared at Lin Xue's pathetic appearance through the prison mirrors. A subtle emotion passed by her face for a quarter of a second before it was gone in a flash. When she first came back from abroad, Lin Xue had treated her very well yet she came to know that all of these were just fake.
Lin Ye could not control what others said or did to her but she always had one policy- do not cross the line. Lin Xue had crossed the line several times until it was hard to define where that line was in the first place.
Lin Xue was glaring at her with red eyes. She lightly screamed, "Are you happy now?"
Lin Ye smiled and then she suddenly remembered what Lin Xue had told her that night she had kidnapped her. Lin Xue had said- You are part of the Lin Family so you can take this as fulfilling your family duties. Her tone back then had been dark and sinister, there was also an eerie feeling it emitted that left Lin Ye, for the very first time in her life, helpless.
