"What is Aamon doing here?"
Samiel muttered in a curious voice.
But before he could go and ask the person himself, Aamon entered the Gate and disappeared.
Samiel though disappointed, found another way of knowing Aamon's destination. He went toward the guard beside the gate and spoke. "Mister, can you tell me where the boy who just entered the Gate chose to go? He is my friend, and he isn't from here. I fear he might get lost on his own or choose the wrong destination."
"..." The guard looked at Samiel suspiciously, but since he was just a 9-year-old kid, and the previous boy seemed the same as Samiel, he believed him. "Your friend went to the Serene Lake City."
"Serene Lake City?" Samiel muttered confused. Why did Aamon stay in the Verdana Kingdom and go to this city?
