"You can have it," Jace said.
Ryker's eyebrows furrowed as he hesitated to take the lunch box from Jace's outstretched hand. The mysterious smell emanating from it made him wary, but his curiosity got the better of him. With a cautious glance at Jace, he accepted the box, his fingers grazing against the cool surface.
"Itzy gave this to you?" Ryker asked, his voice tinged with disbelief. "Why would she give you something like this?"
Jace shrugged, his own curiosity still piqued. "I have no idea, but she seemed genuine. It's definitely unusual, considering our history with her."
Linus chimed in. "We should exercise caution. It could be a trap or a prank. We can't just assume it's safe."
Laszlo grinned mischievously. "Well, there's only one way to find out, isn't there?"
