"Dear God/Goddess, I wish and pray that when the day comes for me to die, I can be given a second chance to enjoy a happy life and be reborn as the woman I always was. I will no longer have to suffer from these mental demons that plague me and make everyone believe that my true deepest wish is not real but just a side effect of my mental illness," I fervently prayed.
After finishing my daily wish, my phone began to ring.
Ring…Ring…Ring...
"Hello?" I answered with curiosity.
"Hello, John, this is your psychiatrist's office calling to remind you of your appointment today at 8:30 a.m.," the receptionist informed me.
"Yes, thank you for reminding me. I'll see you then," I replied, my voice filled with a mix of gratitude and annoyance.
As I made my way to the appointment, I couldn't help but grumble to myself about how I despised going to the office. They always dismissed my wishes as delusions.
Lost in my thoughts, I suddenly noticed a young child walking to school. My attention was drawn to a metal beam falling from the sky, heading straight for the child. Instinctively, without even thinking, I rushed forward and pushed the child out of harm's way. Unfortunately, I couldn't save myself, and the beam fell upon me.
"What's happening? I can hear a child crying... Ah, that's right, I remember now. I am dying. At least the child is saved and will hopefully live a happy, full life, unlike myself," I thought, accepting my fate.
But little did I know, my journey was far from over. As I drifted into the unknown, I awakened in a different place, my voice now sounding much cuter and higher-pitched than before.
"Huh... where am I?" I questioned, bewildered by my surroundings.
"Ara, Ara, are you awake now, young one?" a gentle voice called out to me.
Confused and curious, I searched for the source of the voice. There, standing before me, was a radiant figure, exuding an aura of warmth and power.
"Who... who are you? Where am I? And why does my voice sound like this?" I asked, my mind racing with questions.
"Fret not, young one. I am the Goddess of Creation, Aria. You are in my domain, where I bring special souls like yourself before they get reborn in a new world. As for your voice, I granted your deepest wish and prayer for saving that young child before you died and came here. This wish will not impact or reduce the four wishes you will receive soon. And now, I shall tell you your new name: Lily. Why are you crying, Lily?" Goddess Aria explained, her voice soothing and comforting.
With tears streaming down my face, I managed to choke out my words. "Sniff... thank you, Goddess. Thank you for making my greatest wish come true."
Expressing her joy at seeing my happiness, Goddess Aria smiled warmly. "Fufufu, what a beautiful smile you have, young Lily. You are most certainly welcome. Now, let us move on to your four wishes. They will help me narrow down where and what race I should reincarnate you as."
Feeling a surge of excitement, I eagerly began to express my desires. "Hahaha, very well! For my first wish, I want to be immortal with a body that doesn't age past the age of 18. Is that possible?"
Goddess Aria considered my wish. "It is indeed possible, but there is a catch. You will only be able to reincarnate as a Vampire in a specific world called Yggdrasil. It is a magical place mostly dominated by women, with very few men. Women in this world can have children with one another. You will also be reborn into a specific family, which will be a surprise. If you accept these requirements, I will gladly grant your wish."
Without hesitation, I eagerly accepted. "I accept those requirements, thank you, Goddess. For my second wish, I want to exchange my previous world's knowledge and memory, excluding how I died and this meeting. Thanks to my greatest wish coming true, I no longer need those memories. I wish to possess an enhanced memory, the Identic Brain and Muscle Memory, to retain all the knowledge I learn in the new world, including combat arts and muscle memory from training. This way, I can help and protect those who become dear to me."
Goddess Aria nodded in approval. "Very well, your second wish is granted. Now, what is your third wish?"
"For my third wish, I want to have mastery over my Vampire Abilities once they become available, so I won't lose control and hurt anyone dear to me," I declared with determination.
Goddess Aria smiled knowingly. "An excellent choice. Your wish is granted. And what about your final wish?"
Taking a deep breath, I expressed my heartfelt desire. "Lastly, I wish for the ability to learn and useall elements of magic. I believe that magic can be used to help others' dreams come true and bring happiness to the world."
Goddess Aria nodded, pleased with my wishes. "Very well, your final wish is granted. However, please keep in mind that once you unlock your vampire abilities, you will need someone you can rely on to provide you with the blood you need to sustain your powers. Now, young Lily, remember to live each day with a smile and find people you can love and trust. I am certain our paths will cross again in the future. Goodbye, young Lily, and may you have a marvelous time in your new world."
"Goodbye, and thank you for everything, my Goddess," I whispered, feeling a mixture of excitement and anticipation.
Queen Daisy's POV
"Wah... Wah... Wah..." I heard the cry of a baby, and as my consciousness returned, I found myself in a hospital room. The doctor stood beside me, holding a precious bundle in her arms.
"Congratulations, Your Highness, Queen Daisy. Your baby is a healthy baby girl. May I ask what her name is?" the doctor inquired.
A surge of joy filled my heart as I looked at my daughter. "Thank you. Her name is Lily Vamper, the First Princess Lily Vamper."
Eighteen years had passed since that day. The magical world of Yggdrasil was a place filled with wonders and inhabited by various species. It was a place where dreams came true, and the bonds between individuals transcended race and gender.
"Princess Lily, Princess Lily, it's time to wake up. You're going to be late for our first day at the Vamper Academy. If you don't wake up soon, I will kiss you until you awaken," a familiar voice called out to me.
"I remember... I can finally remember my previous life's death and my meeting with Goddess Aria. There's something important I need to check," I thought to myself as I slowly opened my eyes.
And there, leaning over me, was Lucy, my first blood servant, and my dear friend, ready to wake me up with a kiss.
"Good morning, Lucy," I greeted her, a smile gracing my lips.
"Mau, why is it that you only wake up after I kiss you, Princess Lily?" Lucy teased, her eyes sparkling mischievously.
I couldn't help but blush at her playful remark. "Ehehehe, because it makes me feel like a sleeping beauty, and I can't awaken without a kiss from you, Lucy, who is like my prince."
My words caused Lucy's face to turn as red as a rose, matching the intensity of my own blush.
"Ahem... well, as much as I would love to continue, we need to get ready for school. I'll be waiting for you," Lucy said, trying to compose herself.
"Very well. I must get ready, but I'll be back soon," I replied, my heart brimming with happiness.
As I prepared for the day ahead, I couldn't help but remember something significant. I undressed, standing before the mirror, and looked down, double-checking what I already knew deep in my heart. And there, as clear as day, was the confirmation of my rebirth—my physical form aligned with my true self.
"I no longer have my 'son,' thank you, Goddess!" I exclaimed, a mixture of relief and joy filling my voice.
