After continuously walking for 6 hours, Grey finally reached the end of the forest. As he passed through a thick bush that blocked his vision, a magnificent and jaw-droppimg view presented in front of him.
It was a very wide and large field. It is so wide that a soccer field looked like a mere ant compared to it. But what shocked Grey the most is that there is a city, surrounded by high stone walls and filled with numerous gates leading to the city. In each side of the city, there was a huge bridge who connects the city to the field which is separated by a deep and a man made waterway. From his eyes, he can see numerous people are lining up in front of one of the gates and it was as long as it reached the end of bridge.
Grey was truly mesmerized and speechless, The city seem to be so enormous. Snapping himself out of his still mesmerized thought, he slowly mixed himself to the group of people who were lining up. They looked at him with confusion and interest, as he wore an attire that was foreign in their eyes. But soon paid no mind to it as they are slowly reaching the city's gate.
"Your ID." One of the guards said in a demanding tone.
I panicked, I have no way to identify myself. Much less money. But to my suprise, I've understood their words and felt familiar with it.
"I...I." Fuck what do I do? Completely lost, I am scared to be deemed as an enemy and might get thrown in a prison. But then, an old man stepped in and said...
"This is my slave, he has no identification. I came here to make one for him." He said as he winked at me. I am truly grateful and thanked him in my heart.
"Hmmm..." The guard then gazed at the old man. After that, at me. When he looks at me, his gaze sharpen as he was examining me carefully from top to bottom. Maybe it was due to my strange attire that I wore.
"Alright then... You can enter." he said as he gestured us to move. 'Haaaahh..' I exhaled.
"I'm saved. Thanks, old man." I turned to the old man and thanked him for his help. "No worries, young one."
he smiled, he is very kind-hearted. "By the way, who are you? I've never seen someone wore such a strange clothes. Are you perhaps a noble?" The old man asked.
I paused after hearing the questions, I need to think carefully before giving my answer so that I wouldn't arouse any suspicion. "I am not a noble. My name is Grey, I was living my whole life in a forest up until yesterday. I decided to venture the world to expand my insights and knowledge about the outside world." I replied.
"I see." the old man responded. "You are a rare youngster, travelling in such a young age. Not many people are like you, they are just spending their time honing their strength and raising their sequence. They didn't take any time to expand their knowledges." the old man then turned silent.
I was looking around the city. It is truly wonderful, I saw many people are happily laughing and cheering altogether. Some of them are selling things in their stall, while there are also couples who would stroll around and flirted happily. The buildings here looked very different from when I was at Earth, it seemed like the time was turned back. The buildings were like in medieval ages. But it is truly a beautiful city. I closely followed the old man, who then stopped in front of a large building. There is also a huge castle in the middle of the city. That might be where the royalties and nobilities stayed. The king must be a good ruler, the people were very happy and enjoyed their life here.
"This is Tiras' city Adventure Guild, you can create your ID here." the old man explained. 'Tiras' I muttered inside my head, so that is the name of this place. I looked at the building again, preparing myself to go in. The old man then handed me a few copper coins and few set of clothes before leaving. I told him that I will pay him back one day. I've changed my attire so that it won't garner any useless attention. Where? In a dark alley of course. After that I pushed the door, bringing myself in the guild.
The bell ringed as I pushed the door, many people who were talking and laughing turned their attention towards me then continue with their own business. I've then reached the reception table where I can see a beautiful girl who had a pointy ear, its an elf. She then greeted me with a smile.
"Welcome to Tiras Adventure Guild. You seem to be new here." her voice was soft and charming. "Yes, I am here to register myself as an adventurer." I replied. She then told me to wait a moment before she handed me a form. It was a form where you need to fill in your personal information. I've took 10 minutes to fill in,then handed it back to her.
"Grey Carlsmen, 16 years old. So young!" She exclaimed. "Alright then, please wait for a moment." She took out a blank card then slowly infuse her magic to it. I saw my face slowly formed in the small square in the blank card and words slowly filled the empty spaces in the card. "Here." she give me the card and start explaining, "This is your registry card. You can use it to go in or out of cities. This card also display I information such as your name and rank. For now, you are just an F-ranked adventurer. The cost for the registration is 5 copper coins." she formed a smile and then continued. "The ranks started from F to S. You will slowly rank up as you take quests and get achievements. The difficulty of the quest rises as your rank goes up, and you can come here anytime to renew your card or to promote to a higher rank and it's free." I looked at my card, it's colour was brown like the copper coin.
After I thanked her, I walked out of the guild. I didn't take any quests for the time being as I want to explore the city a little bit more. I then arrived in front of a church, the sign read "The Church of Luminas". Maybe it is a god that they worshiped. In front of the church, I saw a few people, armed with weapons were ganging up on a sister. She was scared shitless. With a frown, I slowly approached them.
"Hey!" I've grabbed one of them by their shoulder. They instantly turned towards me. I've never learn any martial arts much less fighting before. Now, I'm actually quite nervous as there were 6 people and each of them holding a weapon. "Huh?! What the fuck are you doing!?" he shrugged of my hand and slowly faced me. "Don't meddle with our business, boy." he said as he was tapping his bat on the ground.

One of them then raised their weapon then slashed down to me. But to my suprise, it seemed slow. I then pivoted sideway and kicked the him, sending him flying. The other 5 was shocked to see their friend suddenly was thrown away. They then became angry and turned themselves toward me. "Fuck! Kill him!! Gang on him together!!" the leader who is a bald and shirtless shouted as all of them approach me. I was stunned for a moment, I don't know that I had such strength. A smile formed on my face, I now gained confidence as I slowly and precisely dodged each of their attacks. I've then punched, kicked and knocked them out one by one until it is only the leader left. "Hah..hah...fuck..w-who are you?!" the man asked. "No one, just a normal guy" I grinned as I roundhouse kicked him in the head. He was spinning in the air and then falls unconscious in the ground. I calmed down even though my heart beats loudly. I felt excited, maybe this the trait of a warrior? Only seeks battle and felt excitement from it.
I then turned towards the sister and slowly approach her "Are you okay?" I asked. "Y-yes..thank you young man" the lady responded. I helped her get up, this woman seemed to be a middle-aged woman with a moderate face, she was not too tall not too short, she wears a nun cloth indicating that she is a member of the church. "Come inside, I want to thank you for saving me." she invited. "Alright." I followed her and entered the church.
