ARSEN'S POV
"I'm going with you," he said with a stern look in his eyes.
"Teon I know you're worried about her but you'll slow us down if you come along.
"No, I won't slow you down..." Teon began to argue. "You're only saying this because you're worried I'll try to escape again..."
"That's not the reason, Teon," I told him though he didn't seem convinced. "Just give me a few hours I promise I'll have her back before midnight, I promise." I interrupted him. " If I don't have her back by then you can say everything you want to me."
He looked at me unsatisfied and I knelt till I was at eye level with him.
"I didn't lie to you when I said I care about Ayan. I will do everything can to find and I won't return until I do," I told him sincerely.
"Fine, she better be here by then," He finally answered but he didn't sound convinced.
"Thank you," I told him for understanding though he still looked like he had some fight left in him.
