Isabella is in the classroom with her other class mates secretly praying for the math teacher to quickly finish up and leave the class. The bell rang declaring the time for break.
Just as the other students rushed out of the class excitedly, Tina approaches Isabella. Isabella? She taps her on the shoulder. No reply was heard as Isabella is deeply lost in thought. Tina screams aloud. Isabella! Isabella comes back to reality. What's wrong Tina? Why do you have to scream in such a manner?
Tina signs. You weren't answering when I called you at first. Are you sure you're fine? Isabella nodded. Of course, I am. If something was actually bothering me, you know you will be the first to know....Yeah. I know. Ok. If you say so. Aren't you going out for break?..... Of course, I am. Answered Isabella. What will you do next after that? asked Tina. I'm going to take a rest and prepare for the next class. She answered. You know the next class is going to be English Language and our English teacher is on travel leave. It's going to be a free period for us..... So, what do you plan on doing during that time?
Tina answered. I will be going for my dancing rehearsals.... You mean the Dance Hot club, right? Yeah. You're right. So, what do you say about coming over to watch me dance? replied Isabella. i would have loved to but to be frank with you...… I don't like your club. Why? Tina disappointed. I just can't stand them? she answered. What do you mean? The dance hot club are too full of themselves. They like to feel important even when they've never even once won an award or come out outstanding in any competition. They're always looking for cheap publicity and act like bunch of losers.
Tina frowns. I know you don't like my club but, do you have to say such hateful words about my club to my face? Here I thought you were my friend. I don't need you to come watch me or cheer me on. I can do that for myself. Isabella apologizes. I'm so sorry Tina. I never mean to say such harsh words about your club. She smiled. You know I don't mean it. I was only being childish. It's Ok. answered Tina. I've already forgiven you. You don't need to come if you don't want to. i won't force you.
Isabella feeling guilty. Thanks Tina. I'm really sorry I made you feel sad.
Tina: It's ok. I understand.... Isabella drags Tina to come along with her. Let's go to the cafeteria. This time, I will be the one paying for lunch. Tina smiled. I don't mind...…. They both hurried to the cafeteria as Isabella ordered for some snacks and drinks as they both sat down next to each other as they began to munch on their food. That reminds me, I heard two transfer students are coming to our school in a week's times. Not bad. replied Isabella. I guess we're going to have more company.
Tina nodded. You're right...… she suddenly exclaimed excitedly. And guess what?! Isabella mutters. You know I'm not so good at guessing...….The new students are going to be guys! ..... So, what's so special about having male students join us? I heard the guys are so handsome and hot. Isabella signs. I guess I'm the only one who isn't intrigued about their looks.
Tina smiled. The most exciting part is, the new male students are going to be in our class. Why don't I feel surprised you were going to say that...… just then, John showed up and joined them. What's up girls?!... Wow! you look so handsome. declared Tina. Where do you come from? I'm John and you're? He stretches out his right hand to give her a hand shake. I'm Tina. Isabella's Friend. Who are you by the way?
John answered. I'm Isabella's friend. Tina nodded. Of course. Isabella had told me a lot about you. John Stared at Isabella suspiciously. She did? What did she tell you about me? She said you're a freak who follows her about like a loser..... She replied.
John: That's a hurtful thing to say Isabel. Isabella defends herself. She's lying to you John. You know i won't say such things behind your back. Tina smirks. I guess this is a pay back for saying harsh things about my Club...You have a club. Asked John.
Isabella nodded. The Dance hot club. If I should be frank with you, your club are terrible dancers. replied John. Tina upset. I guess you both her alike. You both have an attitude of pissing people off. How about we just change the subject and talk on something else which will uplift the atmosphere. Said Isabella..... How about we talk about Spirit and Guardians. Tina replied.
Sounds exciting! Isabella declared. Ridiculous. said John as he tries to hide his nervousness. It looks like you know a lot about spirits and Guardians. said Isabella. I believe they do exist. Answered Tina. When I was little, my mum use to tell me stories about ghosts and guardians. She believes ghosts exist and they live in a world different from ours.
You're right. said Isabella. Some also live among us. You can call them the restless and lost souls who're seeking for solitude and a place to call home. Due to their unfinish business on earth before they die, they roam about the surface of the earth looking for comfort. Tina curious. You seem to know more about Ghosts. Can you tell me more?
John getting irritated and uncomfortable. Can we stop talking about Ghosts? I don't believe they exist. Let change the subject please. Tina teases him. Woah! See who's scared of ghost. You look like a cute scared little cat, should I call mum for you?
Isabella added. It's true that ghosts exist. They shouldn't be something you should be scared about. They're beings like us and most of them are totally harmless. She points to where John is seated. You see, a young female ghost is sitting right next to you and politely offering you, her snacks.
John freaks out as he quickly stood up from his seat in fright. I said enough! Exclaimed angrily. I hate ghosts and I mean it! Ghosts don't exist and they never will! Not now, not ever! I hate anything that looks like ghost even you, Isabella....He stared angrily at her. You scared me the most...…. He walks away. Tina surprised. Are you sure he's fine? Isabella confused. Not sure. I've never seen him act like this towards me in such a manner.
Tina answered. He must really hate stories about ghosts. I wonder why?........ Time will tell. answered Tina.
