Psyche followed the scent of blood and moved the shrubs only to see a dead body. Her eyes widened in horror.
She covered her mouth to hide her gasp and turned away.
"What is it?" Cassey frowned when Psyche held her and blocked her way.
"There is nothing to see. We should leave. It is already late." Cassey could smell the rotten foul smell and blood stained ground.
Looking at the pale and worried face of Psyche, her heart started to feel an ominous feeling.
"What are you hiding?" She held Psyche's hands and pushed her slightly to pass through her. When she tried to stop, Cassey pulled her hands away and ran to see what happened.
"EEkk" she screamed hard and covered her mouth.
The blood had filled the ground. Ornub was lying dead in front of them in a pool of blood with an ashen face.
Her knees trembled and she fell on the ground. The cold body touching her knees.
