Ana had heard the stories of ghosts when she was a child. From being the good spirit to evil ghouls who eat flesh. Or the spirit that leaves the world for after life and returns with a new body.
But she had never heard about a resentful spirit that wanted to kill others just because they have faced hardships in life. And this time.. That other person was her.
She could feel the darkness engulfing her and she did what she had in her mind instinctively. She bit her fingers hard so that it bled and sprayed the blood on the spirit. She could not take the risk of putting her finger in its mouth if it was even possible.
