"My lord, there is a letter from the royal palace." George paused working on the file and extended his hands.
Vincent who was finalizing their next shipment looked concerned at his father when his face went grim.
"Is something the matter?" he asked in a dreadful voice. He was sure that the second prince would not stay silent. Rumors had been spread that the duke had rebelled against the royal family. He is not a fool to not understand the reason behind it.
"The monsters had attacked the borders. They have asked every noble family to support the empire by either sending knights or aids for the war.
It must be a common letter sent to everyone." George brushed the topic with a smile but Vincent knew there was more to it or his father would not have been worried.
They have enough aides to support the whole army of knights.
