Garrison did not answer, he stared, stared hard as if guessing what was going through Richard's mind but it only left him in shambles. Reminding him again, that not only this man was hard to read, he held the power to destroy them.
Anna did not know what she was standing against but he did and he would not let harm come to her.
"She is your daughter for the world. Even if she is replaceable, her image is not." Richard laughed, nodding. "Do you want to get rid of her?"
"It would bring doubt to your young wife. Are you not afraid that she would lose her image?" His eyes shifted to the sky from him with an amused look.
"That did not matter. It will be better that we punish the nanny and her knight. We could always say that she was a victim to their plans and protect her if you want. If not… we can always send her on a vacation." his eyes followed Richard and stared at the dark sky feeling the darkness shrouding around him.
