Rowan stared at his father sitting opposite to him with resentment. He did not speak a word though it had already been an hour since they had taken the carriage.
It was their first time spending time with each other after the last incident but his father did not look apologetic at all.
He still felt the bitter taste in his mouth when he remembered how his father confined him in the room and sent Ana alone to the palace. And… she came back injured.
That was all his fault. He had told Garry again and again that she would not be able to handle it. As foolish as she behaved, she had a sharp tongue and fiery nature. She would not sit silent if someone insulted her, but he did not listen to him.
