Chapter 96 - A Choice

"I can explain." She caught the eyes of everyone on the table. But.. How could she explain it to them?

"I felt like you are giving him more importance, that is why I fought with him. There is nothing else in my heart." she spoke hastily as she gulped. 

Her throat was dry and itchy. She wanted to kick that man under the table but what if he tattled about it too.

"You fought with him?" Asked William gravely as his eyes deepened. 

He looked at Garry as if he would kill that man at once.

"...huh!" they did not know about it.

  She looked back at Garrison who covered his face with his hands for a second and tk a deep breath.

".. that was not a fight, sir. She was just complaining that i am.." he looked at her darkly, "getting all the attention."

She frowned. If he did not speak anything then why did they look at her as if someone had committed a murder.
