"My lady, your medicine is here!" Seri brought the cup filled with brown liquid. Its smell was like rotten eggs.
Only the look of it made Ana nauseous.
"I am not going to drink this no matter how sick I am. Just take it away." Seri sighed. The lady had not taken her medicine in the morning either.
"My lady, I know it is bitter. But if you will not take medicine, how would you improve?" She could drink poison, but now she could not drink medicine.
Did that even make sense?
"I am not going to repeat myself." Seri resigned to her fate. She held the bowl and was about to throw it out.
But when she opened the window, Rowan was standing there with a grumpy face.
Seri startled and jumped back. The liquid splashing her dark uniform.
"Did you see a ghost?" Ana frowned and looked at the window.
Her eyes widened when she noticed Rowan, holding the pot where she had thrown medicines in the morning.
