"It is not that bad!" he replied with a straight face when she laughed.
But her stomach felt otherwise.
A strange voice came out of her stomach and Rowan blinked.
He looked at her astonished when she coughed.
"So, you should enjoy them. I will come later." she stood up hastily when he chuckled.
"Did you have dinner, mother?" Embarrassed, Ana shook her head.
"Lunch?" He repeated when she looked away.
"Breakfast at least?" Now he was frowning when she chuckled softly.
"Good lord! Why are you hungry all day?" his frown grew deeper when she did not reply.
"Forget it. Let's have a meal first." He stared at the maids who understood the order and left the room after bowing.
"Did father not let you have a meal on the way? That is very irresponsible of him." He held her hands and dragged her towards the dining table when she sighed.
