"Bloody Power Technique" certainly had various flaws, no matter if the true energy it created was strong, it could only burst rapidly and couldn't withstand lengthy combat, or the most fatal flaws of all, the damage to lifespan, which were lethal shortcomings that could not be ignored.
Yet, if the army wanted to quickly form combat effectiveness, they had no choice but to practice it.
Otherwise, even if you had a long life, if you couldn't defeat the enemy in battle and got killed, what use would a long life be?
This was true for Ordinary Soldiers, and equally true for generals. If the soldiers' combat effectiveness was low, it wouldn't matter how well they were taken care of; if they lost a battle, not only would soldiers die, but the generals would also be in great danger and would face being labeled as defeated generals upon returning to the Imperial Court.
