In the vast forest, the White Tiger had become no taller than an adult man, lying quietly in a fifty-meter-deep pit where the rocks below faintly resembled gold.
"Hiss…"
It was like the unsheathing of a sharp blade, and the clashing of swords, a resonant metallic sound arose with each breath the White Tiger took, and with it, the rocks beneath it transformed.
With each breath the White Tiger took, the rocks dimmed ever so slightly, and with each day and night, they diminished a bit.
Finally, during another day and night of absorption, the rocks suddenly lightened, and the White Tiger's breath abruptly stopped.
"The energy of Metal has finally been absorbed."
The White Tiger looked down at the pit below and could clearly see that the previously dazzling golden color had disappeared after three years of continuous day and night absorption, replaced by rocks of a different color.
