Liu Minying's medical training was carried out in stages. The first stage was to impart basic medical knowledge to everyone, with all members participating in the learning process.
The second stage involved selecting those with good aptitude for studying introductory knowledge.
The third stage selected those with decent talent to learn intermediate medical knowledge.
The fourth stage conducted another round of selection to learn some relatively difficult medical knowledge.
