About a month and a half ago, a team from the Sacred Base had headed south and by chance discovered Hope Base City.
Both parties showed great interest upon contact, as the appearance of the other party confirmed one fact — besides themselves, there were other surviving human organizations in this world!
The first thing that came to mind naturally was mutual assistance. The special ability users of both sides supporting each other, jointly killing the troublesome monsters in their respective regions. Needless to say, some civil construction issues also had to be addressed.
One of them was resource allocation. Sending laborers from Hope Base to build some basic civilian facilities for Sacred Base, which would help improve the living conditions of the common people there.
Due to the different systems or rules, Hope Base City had cheap and highly efficient labor that did not exist in the Sacred Base.
