The sound of battle horse and loud war cries fills the battlefields. Aeryon swings his sword, throws spear, kick and punches his way and a gap appears.
'Break through!' he shouted. By now, he no longer on horseback. He ditches the horse and jump down on the ground and go on killing barefoot
He left his foot wear when it broke during his rush.
It is not that using the horse is note effective. It is just that by doing this kind of act, it demoralise the enemies.
And he also wanted to create an image of him to the allied forces. He did not forget even in this heat of the moment that he and Garron are in an uneasy alliance.
That their alliance is an alliance born out of convenience.
Why he said that? Because Aeryon find it more convenient to attack his target and settle the matter as fast as possible with the help of Garron.
However, the weapon that Garron had pointed to the Xewa tribe could always be pointed at him. He is still confident because there is still two days for him to be invincible.
In these two days, he not only have to finish his quest, he also had to intimidate this ally of his so that this ally would not turn against him

The sword on his hand is already drenched in blood and heavy. But like always, he holds the sword and keep killing anyone that wanted to patch up the gap. One man alone guarding the gap.
The warriors that followed him then rushed forward
The horse hit the Ghar tribe warrior and those who were lucky were thrown back, and those who were not lucky would fall to the ground.
And before they could get up, the hooves of the horse would trample their head, crushing their skull, spraying their brain matter to the ground
Hundreds of arrows were let loose and for a moment, the entire area seem to be rained down by a torrent of arrows.
The defenders falls like flies and some tries to dodge. But under a heavy rain of arrows more and more the gap was opened.
Aeryon then saw in the distance, Chanai, on horseback. His eye shines and he smiles
'I will take your head!' he shouted.
His voice increase the morale of his men as Aeryon jumped up and landed on the shoulder of one of the Ghar warriors.
He then jump from that man shoulder and then landed on the ground.
His sword swings again.
And another life as taken.
Chanai could also see that Aeryon is coming towards him.
He feel afraid but he did not retreat.

Is he, Chanai, not a man of the Great Steppe?
He is fearful.
But until they fight who knows and who would win?
Aeryon men launched a fierce assault the moment they break the line.
Most of them hold back the other warriors making sure that Aeryon is not encircled.
It was like a rotating wheel that centres around Aeryon.
They prevent any warriors to come from his left, right and back side. But they let the front open so that Aeryon could rush out and do what he do best.
And what does he do best?
Killing and opening up the way!
Aeryon is clashing with dozens of men and his sword swing wildly. Even if he swings without a target, his sword would hit something.
The mass of people trying to kill him and swarming him is the reason why this is happening.
The battle was chaotic and brutal, with little regard for the lives of the combatants on either side.
But Aeryon forces only suffer three deaths since the beginning. Some others are injured but not dead.
Aeryon shouted
'Leave the side, go to the back' the forty plus people quickly retreat. In such a moment, usually the enemy would attack. But Aeryon led the charge forward, his sword cleaving through the attack, cutting down anyone on his path.
He fought with ferocity and determination; his sword did not once not drench with blood.
From hundreds of men, right now, the Chanai force could no longer defend Chanai like before.
There is holes everywhere and Aeryon force managed to retreat to the back and attack from a safe distance they use bows and arrows to support Aeryon rampage.
And if the warrior from Chanai force try to attack them, they have to move forward and the moment they move forward, Aeryon forces would retreat.
This achieves tow ting. It created a hole in Chanai defences and Aeryon could use this to break through and mess up the defence line even more
This kind of weird tactic could only work with Aeryon. Even if people with innate strength would be afraid to use this kind of tactic because it is so easy to get encircled and being mobbed up.
And everyone only have one life. Once you get mobbed up, swamped under the attack, you die and the tactic would immediately be dismantled.

Aeryon walk slowly. Under his feet is rivers of blood and on his left and right is the body of the fallen enemies.
His entire body is full of blood and he is now half naked. He already throws his clothes to the ground as it makes him slow.
And right now, there is only a few dozen men on Chanai side
On Aeryon side there is only ten people. But Aeryon told them to support him from the back. Right now, Chanai is still on horseback.
