(Under the sea)
Human, vampires and werewolfs may believe that nothing lies under the seafloor. But they are mistaken. For the queen of the sea, her castle and the homes of merpeople, fishes and other creatures of the sea lies in the floor of the sea.
"Aquarena" was the home to these creature of the sea and was ruled by powerful queen called "Queen Atargatis." She was the Goddess of the sea.
Atargatis was a powerful queen and her people loved and cherish her. They worship her like a godess, of course which she was.
Her beauty was divine heavenly, godlike and scared beauty.
She typifies the protection of water in producing life. She hold many unimaginable power. Her telepathic power were what she used in communicating with Zuma, even when he was in land.
In the merfolk world, "Water is considered as the traditional symbol of respect and sanctity.
Queen Atargatis is exceedingly proud of her mermaid form and as well as of the purity of the sea water in which she reside.
She always keeps her people out from difficulties and problem of sailors trying to kill or kidnap them for their own benefit and also stealing their food.
Two mermaid with light sparkling green tail swam towards the back side of the queen majestic castle made of coral and Amber window, the castle include a roof made from mussel shell that shine their beautiful pearls as water washes over them.
There was also flower and coral reefs around the wall and glass of the castle. Large crystal was placed at each corner of the wall to provide light.
Getting inside the queen castle or her personal chamber wasn't hard for them as they were well know to be acquaint of the Queen and everyone in the castle knew them.
They swam towards two merman guard who was guarding the entrance of the corridor to the queen chamber. the two guard bow their heads in greeting and they also return it with a bow.
Entering the queen chamber felt like entering a new completely different world, it was so inviting and elegant. A soft rosy scent welcomed them as they swim inside the chamber.
A stunning large clamshell shape bed sat on top rock that was rested in fine sand.
They noticed that they was no one inside the room, no sight of the Queen or any of her personal maid.
The only source of bright light inside the chamber was the fine thin line of shining crystal inside the room.
A wide number and type of flowers adorned the place.
"Queen Atargatis", Fallon called out, but received no response.
I don't think Zuma Magic can hold her any longer, Moana said to Fallon, while referring to the child in her arms. she could hear the faint heartbeat if the child. she was sure that the temperature of the water was affecting the child.
I find her eyes intriguing, Moana said. Now that they were out of the sight of others merfolk. Moana had already break loose of her magic on the child whose eyes were slowing closing.
She is a strong girl, Fallon said with a smile. For a human newborn baby to survive the harsh condition of the water, it even intrigue her more to know whose child she was. not knowing the child was a half vampire and daughter to soon to be crown King of Ark Villa empire.
Don't you think she might be hungry, Moana said. for some unknown reason she had already like the child in her arm.
I think_, Fallon words were cut short when they heard someone cough.
"ough"!
Fallon and Moana turn to look each other. "what was that?, they both said in union.
I will go check, Fallon propose. Before she could swim to the direction the sound came from, they saw the queen coming from there.
That part of the room was dark, the light coming from the crystal didn't touch that part and there was a secret passage in there that only the two green tail mermaid and queen know.
it wasn't hard to know the queen because of her shining Arctic blue tall.
When her face came into light, Fallon and Moana stayed were they were with terrier in their eyes.
Fallon, Moana I see you are here, the queen said with a awkward smile.she didn't see the little baby in Moana arms. One could see the dark circles under her eyes, her skin looking more paler than unusual.
This was unlike the queen. The queen they know was that bright mermaid with shiny Arctic blue tail with long bombshell silver hair, her eyes were shiny icy grey eye. shiny silver pearls round her crescent moon waist and blue scale besides her neck. Everything about their queen was bright and shiny.
They know that the queen was selfless and she loved and cherish her people so much that she would do anything for them. But they didn't know she was selfless to the extent of damaging her body.
The queen was the source of light and life for the merpeople. if something bad happens to her something, it will affect the sea and they will never find any queen that is so lovely like her.
Why?, why will she always risk her life for the welfare of other?. Moana said as tears was threatening to fall from her eyes.
Before Queen Atargatis could swim closer to them, she caught sight of the baby in Moana arms. she could tell by the look of the child she was dieing. and that is not good.
It was her turn to stay were she was with terrier in her eyes.
So it's true, she muttered under her breath, which the other two mermaid didn't get.
Flash of image she had forseen started reappearing in her head.
She was suddenly pulled out from her thoughts, when she cough and black blood was spilling out from her mouth. she felt as if her heart was been pulled out from her chest.
"My queen" Fallon exclaimed. one could hear the worry in her voice.
She quickly swim to the direction of the queen and help her sat on the bed.
Should I get the healing potion for you, fallon said with worries filled her voice.
B_bring the C_child, queen Atargatis said her voice weak and shaky as she was finding it hard to breath. more blood spilling from her mouth.
She knows the child? Moana question herself.
She saw that the baby and the queen complexion was turning more paler.
Quickly bringing the child to where the queen was, Moana hand over the child to the queen.
What was happening?, Moana thought to herself.
Is everything alright my queen?, are you sure you don't want the potion? Moana asked.
Even if I take it, I will still not make it. I don't have time to explain. what does the queen mean by saying she won't make it, huh, what does she has no time to explain?, what was going on?, Moana said to herself.
This child here, she is destined to be next queen of the sea... wait how will a human become the queen of the sea, Fallon said. the two mermaid was finding it hard to understand what was going on here.
The baby is slowly dieing and so I am. I don't have time to explain things now, but I will leave something for you to clear your curiosity.
I'm going to give her my power to make her the next queen and also turn her into a mermaid. But there is someone in the castle that would falsely come out to declare herself the next queen and she was the one who poison me, the queen said in one goal.
The queen was poison, what?, Fallon exclaimed.
I have been poisoned for a long time, it's a witch poison that slowly kill the victim body till the body can no longer withstand it.
Without waiting for them to wrap up their heads in understanding. the queen started chanting out magic words.
She hold the child in her arms and use her other free hand to touch the baby forehead.
Soon a bright light shine around the room, making the two green mermaid to close and cover their eyes.
When they opened their eyes they saw the once human baby started turning into a mermaid with blue lagoon tail and shiny bead of pearls adorn her tiny mermaid waist, her strawberry blonde hair turning into bombshell silver locks, blue scale appearing at both side of her neck. her icy grey eyes shine like Never before and here come the new queen of the sea, "Kaia Aziza".
The aura around the room was different.
The queen pulled out the magic comb from her hair and give it to the Moana and hand over the baby to Moana.
Pass through the secret passage and make sure no one see you. the comb would guide you on what to do. Leave now, the queen commanded Moana.
The queen turn to look at fallon, I'm sorry to drag you into this mess, but you have to stay here.
Fallon turn and look at Moana and nodded at her to go without her.
