The next day, Myalis took the opportunity to wander around the castle, to find a clue of who her real father may be and why he chose to not be with her mother and her, she knew that she could just ask the king herself but that would risk revealing herself to him which was something that she could not afford at the time.
She looked around and ended up in her father's study, since he was in a meeting that morning she didn't have to worry and began checking through a few documents until she bumped into a secret compartment within his bookshelves and her eyes narrowed.
"What is this?" She mumbled as she opened it and found quite a few documents inside of it.
Her brows furrowed as she took them out and began going through them and her eyes widened when she bumped into an almost destroyed photo of her as well as her mother and there was a man beside them but his face couldn't be seen due to the state of the photo.
