Chapter 2 - CHAPTER TWO: THE COO.

When Taeng Chomechai and Gun Chatmanee walked in.

She found the restaurant to be very comfortable and looked traditional.

The wooden floor was clean.

A waitress welcomed them at the door with Vietnamese.

The first sight in the restaurant was a pure white bar.

The shelves were full of cups, vietnamese wine, and some containers with condiments.

The bar, tables, and chairs were made of wood.

The tables in the public dining area were of different size, including tables for two people, tables for four, as well as for six and eight people.

The observation took place at restaurant located in the southen part of the capital city.

The environment included a bar, tables and chairs, and hostess a stand.

The restaurant utilized an open design.

The environment was dark with light lighting.

The restaurant was busy, and there was little room to move around.

The bar was designed to facilitate conversation.

The restaurant was designed for people to sit and enjoy a meal.

The restaurant was loud, which made it difficult for conversation.

The restaurant lacked ample space for waiting or sitting.

There were three hostess on duty, all using I-pads to take reservations.

The approximate wait time at the restaurant was 90 minutes, as such there was little space for those waiting for a table.

The bar was at maximum capacity, with all of the seats being filled.

The music playing at a moderate level and the laughter of the customers could be heard as one automatically stepped inside the restaurant.

Right off the back the restaurant's ambiance had a positive vibe.

The modern, pastel looking place, held a confectionry store atmosphere with a big taste.

The host sat Gun Chatmanee and Taeng Chomechai at a table in the middle of the dining area.

A giant window let sunlight flood into the room and the speakers provided a good backdrop of music to help engage conversation.

The restaurant itself seemed fairly modern: leather seating, dark wood tables, and mason jar for glasses.

It was the epitome of a hang out spot for any teen, millennial, or elder meetup.

The staff catered to the needs of the customers and were always ready to help out in any way possible.

Gun Chatmanee and Taeng Chomechai started the meal off with a glass of sweet tea that never made it lower then the halfway point.

The waitress was always there with a pitcher of their home brewed sweet tea.

The tea itself was not too sweet, it had the subtle taste of the bitterness that tea should have.

"So why did you bring me here? Let me guess... because you want to be voted for as the COO." Taeng Chomechai said.

She had already saw it from Gun Chatmanee intentions to take her out.

Seen from the outside, the restaurant was modern with large windows and glass doors.
