"I brought you here"—I sat down between Liara and Dess—"because I wanted to give you guys a present."
Team Six was seated in a circle around the pile of goodies we'd liberated from the shelves.
"But these presents are special, and we have to prepare our bodies to attune to them. That's what all these ingredients are for," I explained.
"Why do you sound like you're going away, Will?" Dess asked.
"Because he is," Liara answered in an annoyed tone.
