"I don't know! But it's freaking me out and I really don't like it!" Sarah said in true fear as she stared back at the creepy figure and its red eyes. Suddenly the figure started walking closer to the girls. The girls started moving away from the figure slowly without leaving its sight. Suddenly the figure ran faster than ever towards the girls. The girls tried to run as much as they could away from the black figure, and before they knew it the black figure was so close to them and the figure was right in front of them. He stood there in all black. His whole body was pitch black, the only that was clear enough to see was his creepy blood red eyes and creepy red smile. He stood right in front of the girls with a red smile and eyes. Sarah and Alice didn't know what to do anymore. They stood there in complete fear holding each other. They both were shaking from true fear. Before they knew it the black figure jumped on them making them think that right that second would be the last day on earth for them. But suddenly they woke up in their bedroom sweating and almost breathless.
"What just happened..?" Alice asked in complete disbelief. She did not want to believe what had just happened. She looked over to Sarah to see as she sat there all sweaty and almost as breathless as she was.
"S-Sarah are you okay..?" Alice asked in worry from seeing the sight of Sarah's reaction. She didn't respond and just sat there while she continued to breath in and out like crazy.
"W-What was that..?" Sarah asked in disbelief. She didn't want to believe what she had just dreamed about. It was just too realistic.
"I-I don't know." Alice replied. Suddenly Alice realised something. Did Sarah have the same dream as her?
"Did you also dream about a black figure.?" Alice asked in a bit of a worry. Sarah looked up at Alice in fear wondering how she would know that. She then looked down again and answered with:
"Yes."
Sarah was in complete fear, never in her life would she think that they would have the same exact dream.. Suddenly Alice started talking again.
"I don't think I want to sleep anymore." Alice said, looking down in fear. Sarah tried to be positive and lighten up the mood a bit and help Alice forget about what they had just dreamed about. "Yeah! That's a good idea! We can play a game until It's morning again!"
. . .
Some hours had passed and it was already morning for them. Both Sarah and Alice were exhausted but didn't want to sleep at that moment.
Suddenly they heard Alice's mom.
"Kids! Time to wake up! Breakfast is ready!"
Alice and Sarah walked upstairs in exhaustion and once they arrived in the kitchen they were greeted by Alice's parents. They both noticed how tired they were and got a bit worried.
"Well kiddos, how did you sleep?" Alice's dad asked with a newspaper in his hands and eggs in front of him.
"We slept fine dad.." Alice replied. She didn't know what to say. What if her father would think she was crazy or he would probably just laugh at her. Both Sarah and Alice ate their breakfast in silence. Without even looking at each other. After they finished their breakfast they both ran downstairs to Alice's room, they sat down on Alice's bed and stayed quiet for a few minutes until Sarah spoke.
"So uhm.. Are we just gonna stay quiet for the rest of the day or are we gonna talk about what we just dreamed about?"
Alice gulped.
"I don't want to live here anymore. It's so creepy and after that dream and that creepy black dude with the red smile, It makes me want to go back to my old home even more!"
Sarah put her hand on Alice's shoulder in comfort.
"I understand but what will you tell your parents? ´Mom, dad. I don't want to live here anymore because I just dreamed about a black shadow dude with a red smile that was about to kill me before I woke up!´ They will think you´re crazy!"
"Well I think I would rather let them take me to a mental hospital than make me stay here!" Alice replied.
Sarah sighed.
"Listen, I know that it was scary.. Okay terrifying. But dont you think we can get rid of that thing?"
Alice looked at Sarah like she was crazy.
"Are you out of your mind!? What if that thing actually succeeds in killing me!? I was lucky last time but what if this time I actually die!"
Sarah didn't know exactly what to say to that, so she decided to say something that was maybe the best idea to tell a best friend.
"What if I sleep over again? That way if we do dream about it again, I'll be with you!" Sarah told Alice in reasurence.
"But what if something happens to you too! I don't know what I'll do without you!"
Sarah laughed.
"Nah! That thing won't be able to get us! And if it does I'll kick it in the stomach!"
Sarah knew that wouldn't happen! She would probably end up screaming for her life.
Alice laughed and then hugged Sarah.
"Thank you."
