Chapter 111 - Tyler Davis's Calculation

"The vice principal was worried. How was he going to explain this? He wasn't the director of women's affairs, specialized in handling family disputes. 'The most our school can do is expel the student and cancel Daniel Scott's teaching qualification,' he said. Aria Davis thought about it, still not satisfied with how this drama was going to be resolved.

"Smack!" A fierce slap landed on Aria Davis's face as Professor He, who usually appeared mild-mannered, didn't hold back and hit her hard. Aria Davis was stunned.

"'You witch! Are you happy now? You've ruined my reputation. You satisfied now? I'm going to divorce you," Daniel Scott pointed at Aria Davis's nose and cursed. His gold-rimmed glasses were long gone, and he looked like he was about to explode.

"Aria Davis couldn't believe that the man she had been married to for twenty years and had never argued with would hit her because of another woman. She suddenly screamed, her eyes red with tears.

"'Alright, alright, Daniel Scott, have you no conscience? You, a worthless poor teacher. How many times did I help you in the past? Do you even deserve me?' Aria Davis couldn't help but cry and didn't care about Quinn Cooper lying on the ground.

"'In the past, in the past, wasn't it just because your Davis family was rich? Did you have to show off your arrogance in front of me for so many years? Let me tell you, that's what I hate the most. We're getting a divorce."

"'You...you..." Aria Davis was too angry to speak.

"Amelia watched this ethical drama for free and thought that although Aria Davis was annoying, Daniel Scott was no good either. He only married Aria Davis for some benefits, and now he despises her from the bottom of his heart, pretending to be loving and loyal for twenty years.

"Aria Davis sat on the ground, sobbing, making the acting vice principal very worried.

"'Everyone, disperse. Go back to class. What are you all doing here?' The acting vice principal sternly dispersed the students who were watching.

"He still had some power, and the students didn't want to upset him. They already knew enough about what happened, and it was enough gossip material for them. The students slowly dispersed.

"Amelia also blended into the crowd and retreated with everyone else."

Amelia realized who was behind today's plot with a little thought. They were able to provide Aria Davis with information without drawing attention, timing it perfectly to implicate both Aria and Quinn Cooper without anyone noticing. She couldn't think of anyone else in the world except for Tyler Davis.

Amelia had no reason to seek revenge herself. Even if Tyler Davis was unhappy with her risking her life to attend school, he cared about her and wouldn't let Quinn Cooper get away with it. His actions were deadly once he made a move.

Thinking about what Tyler Davis had done, Amelia felt warm inside. It was actually quite nice to have someone backing her up, no matter how angry he might be. Later, Amelia learned that Tyler Davis was even more calculating than she had imagined.

The leader behind Saint Hua discovered that Aria Davis and Daniel Scott were somehow connected to Tyler Davis. It must be said that Tyler Davis had taken this into account as well. As a result, Daniel Scott not only lost his teaching qualifications, but also issued a statement of condemnation, and no schools in the country would hire him.

Daniel Scott was taken to court for misconduct towards students, and somehow Tyler Davis convinced Quinn Cooper to testify as a victim. Anyone connected to Tyler Davis was a target for the leader behind Saint Hua, who would not let them go easily. This was exactly what Tyler Davis wanted - to calculate all of his enemies.

Aria Davis was now in a panic. She stopped making a scene and began to seek help for Daniel Scott from anyone she could find. Amelia couldn't understand how a woman could easily forgive her husband's infidelity and instead shift all the blame onto the other woman. Aria seemed to have forgotten the harsh words Daniel Scott had said to her in public before.

Aria was obsessed with defending her husband and her resentment towards Quinn Cooper had reached a boiling point.

After the trial, Quinn Cooper looked extremely gloomy. Her father had given up on her without any hesitation and kicked her mother out of the house. Being a mistress and a mother of an illegitimate child, Quinn had nothing left. Feeling hopeless, she stumbled into a dead-end alley. That's when the person behind Saint Hua asked her to make a false testimony, pretending to be a vulnerable girl who was bullied by a professor. In exchange, Saint Hua would keep her enrolled and allow her to continue her studies.

This was her only chance. She had nothing left, and if she left Saint Hua, her future would be over. So she insisted that it was Daniel Scott who forced her to do it, no matter how much Aria Davis threatened or enticed her, she wouldn't budge.

Recently, Aria Davis was also in a state of anxiety. She had thought that a normal lawsuit could be resolved with a little money or some connections. She never expected the situation to escalate to such a severe level. The judge was impervious to her persuasion, and Quinn Cooper, that wretched woman, wouldn't budge either. After numerous hearings, it seemed like they were about to convict her husband.

In the end, Aria Davis had no choice but to go back to the Davis family and seek help from her grandfather. She didn't expect Tyler Davis to be there, playing chess with her grandfather.

"Dad!" Aria Davis shouted with reddened eyes, almost in tears. "Dad, please save Daniel Scott. It was that little bitch who seduced him. He's such an honest person, how could he possibly force a student? Daniel Scott can't go to jail. What am I going to do if he goes to jail?"

Mr. Davis's forehead veins bulged as his temper flared. He smashed his purple sand cup with a flying dragon carved on it on the table, and the high-quality Tie Guan Yin tea splattered all over the room, filling it with the fragrance of tea and porcelain shards.

"Get out! You've disgraced me! Whoever does such a shameless thing must face the consequences. Don't come to me for help. You have to deal with your own mess. I won't lift a finger for that scum." Mr. Davis was obviously very angry.

"Dad, I'm your own daughter. How could you not help me? You can't do this." Aria Davis sobbed, suddenly turning to Tyler Davis. "Tyler Davis, can you please help me? You're a general, right? It should be easy for you to get your uncle out, right?"

If Aria Davis knew that Tyler Davis was secretly pushing everything behind the scenes, she might have been directly angry to death.

Tyler Davis made a move on the chessboard and said indifferently, "I never abuse my power for personal gain. Grandpa, it's your turn."

Aria Davis looked at the two old men who still had the mind to play chess, her face twisted with anger. She pointed at her grandfather and said sharply, "I knew it. I just knew it. You only care about your grandson. If you don't help me, I'll die in front of you."

Aria Davis looked around, ran to the kitchen and grabbed a pair of scissors, aimed at her own neck, and looked at her grandfather with a crazy and excited expression.
