Amelia felt that everyone's talents were indeed divided by different fields. Logan Hunter was incredibly skilled during military training, a natural at it, but when it came to studying, it was hard to put it into words.
"I really doubt how you got into Saint Hua in the first place," Amelia said, holding her forehead. Saint Hua was not a place where everyone could use connections like Tyler to get in unnoticed.
"I... I repeated three years and finally got in as the last place," Logan Hunter said, feeling wronged.
"Okay, I'll explain it to you again, listen carefully."
"Will this waste your time? Maybe I should read the book myself and you go train first."
"If you're worried about wasting my time, then listen carefully!"
At this point, Amelia didn't have many thoughts. Firstly, her marksmanship didn't need any more practice, and secondly, Logan Hunter was one of the few people she knew.
Logan Hunter didn't say much. Ever since Amelia saved him from the wolves, he had followed her lead. He always wanted to do something for Amelia, but with General Davis protecting her, he couldn't really help.
As a result, Amelia was helping him at this point. He didn't know how to describe his feelings.
Two more days passed!
Logan Hunter still hadn't passed the exam!
Looking at Amelia calmly watching him, Logan Hunter was about to cry.
"Continue!" Amelia just said coldly.
There were only three days left for the final assessment.
Amelia continued to calmly explain to Logan Hunter. At this point, Wyatt Parker and his class came.
"Amelia, you've done your best. At this crucial point, you should go train," a classmate advised.
Logan Hunter nodded repeatedly at the suggestion. Amelia glanced at him coldly, and Logan Hunter went back to studying obediently.
"Yeah, you've done enough for us sixth graders. You don't need to continue," someone else said rudely.
For the first time, Logan Hunter, with his explosive temper, didn't refute the words and looked pitifully at the ground.
Although the sixth graders believed that Amelia had a slim chance of graduating, they didn't want to waste time because of a fool. Besides, they felt that with Logan Hunter's intelligence, the chances of him staying at Saint Hua were even lower than Amelia's!
"You don't need to persuade me. Whether I practice or not, it's the same," Amelia explained.
Her point was that she could pass the exam regardless of whether she practiced or not. However, to others, it seemed like she was practicing but it was useless.
Wyatt Parker stood up and spoke earnestly, "Amelia, enough. Don't give up on yourself. You still have a chance to train. What use is it to help him? Someone like him who wants to stay at Saint Hua is just wishful thinking. He won't be able to go far, so don't waste your time."
Wyatt Parker, who never easily offended others, spoke a bit harshly, perhaps because he was displeased that Amelia, who used to talk to him, was now increasingly indifferent but patient with Logan Hunter, the fool.
Amelia glanced coldly at Wyatt Parker with a piercing look that made his earnest face freeze.
Seeing the increasingly pitiful Logan Hunter, Amelia was somewhat dissatisfied.
"If I remember correctly, in the wilderness survival training before, Logan Hunter gave you the route map and brought Class 6 to a safe place. If you aren't grateful, that's fine, but speak more politely." Amelia sounded a bit impatient.
The people in Class 6 couldn't help but feel guilty when they heard this. Wyatt Parker's face changed slightly as he spoke, "We all know that you were the one who helped everyone back then, and it had nothing to do with Logan Hunter. Even if you give him all the credit, he is still useless."
"Heh, whether he is useful or not has nothing to do with you!" Amelia sneered.
She was too lazy to talk. Some people always like to talk about justice and reason on their own. When it comes to doing things, does she need someone else to speak for her?
Wyatt Parker was angry at Amelia's lack of gratitude for good people. With so many people here, Amelia wasn't giving him any face. The group of people he brought here was standing here, not knowing whether to leave or stay.
At this moment, Quinn Cooper came out with a cast on her wrist. She had hardly left the dormitory since she broke her wrist, but whenever there was something involving Amelia, she would come and join in the fun. It was as if she needed to say something sarcastic to feel satisfied.
"What are you guys doing here? Who knows, maybe she has taken a liking to this fool! Mind your own business!" Quinn Cooper still hadn't learned her lesson and was maliciously spreading rumors. She thought that with so many people present, Amelia wouldn't dare to do anything to her.
"Get lost!" As soon as Quinn Cooper finished speaking, she was pushed aside rudely.
When she turned around to curse, she saw that the person who pushed her was Noah Foster. Upon seeing him, Quinn Cooper's face turned white, and she quickly stepped back.
It was quite lively today. More and more people were coming!
Amelia's indifferent expression finally became a bit serious, her eyebrows slightly furrowing as she looked up at Noah Foster.
"Are you here to persuade me too?"
Upon seeing Noah Foster, everyone couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief. Thinking that Noah Foster and Amelia had a good relationship, they all urged him to persuade Amelia.
Logan Hunter secretly glanced at Amelia, unnoticed by anyone. After listening to what these people were saying, his dark face turned somewhat pale, but there was still a glimmer of hope.
"Everyone shut up and go back where you came from," Noah Foster yelled domineeringly, instantly silencing the surroundings.
She walked towards Amelia and pulled her up from the chair. "You go back to training," she said.
Logan Hunter buried his face, looking extremely pale, as if his last shred of hope had been shattered. Amelia just looked at Noah Foster seriously and questioningly.
Noah Foster lifted her chin arrogantly and said, "I passed my shooting training these past few days. Next, I'll explain it to this big guy. You go train and leave it to me. Don't worry."
The big guy's face turned even paler, and he suddenly looked up at Amelia and Noah Foster, his face turning bright red for a moment.
Amelia was stunned for a moment, then smiled. While everyone else disapproved of her behavior, Noah Foster didn't try to persuade her or behave irrationally. Instead, she worked hard to train herself and then helped her in a way she could accept.
"Okay!" Amelia softly agreed, accepting Noah Foster's goodwill.
"No laughing allowed, hmph!" Noah Foster habitually hummed a sound. Even a man can't take that kind of laugh! She glanced around fiercely and shouted, "What are you looking at? Get lost! Amelia's business, don't interfere in the future!"
The students of Class 6 dispersed with ugly expressions, and Wyatt Parker's face was even more gloomy. Noah Foster's arrival seemed to highlight how insincere their previous attempts to persuade Amelia had been.
"Thank you," Amelia sincerely thanked Noah Foster, even though it didn't matter whether she trained or not. But she didn't want to refuse Noah Foster's kindness, after all, she was her only friend.
