Chapter 80 - Quinn Cooper's Solitary Confinement

Tyler blushed quietly, thinking it would be hard to bear Amelia's raging fury in front of him, but he didn't expect that this beauty would be intolerable even when she was in his embrace.

"You little fairy!" Tyler finally blurted out after a long time of holding back.

Amelia raised her eyebrows, finding the title not bad at all!

"So, do you like little fairies or little sprites?" Amelia blinked her bright eyes and had no intention of letting Tyler off the hook.

Tyler's face turned red in an instant, unable to speak.

As a figure like Tyler, no one dared to speak to him inappropriately in any lifetime, let alone these almost teasing words.

Come to think of it, although Tyler was domineering and decisive, he was still an inexperienced and innocent teenager when it came to love!

"Koko...koko..." Amelia laughed, finding it fun to tease Tyler from time to time.

This man came and seemed to watch everything coldly, but quietly arranged everything in the background.

He came as a teacher, but he really just wanted to watch Amelia, whether it was her hard work or her weakness.

...

Inside the solitary confinement room.

"Is anyone there?" Quinn Cooper shouted in the dark room. "Is anyone there?"

Quinn Cooper felt like she was about to break down. Her stomach was very hungry, but these people had locked her up and hadn't shown up since.

It was dark and she didn't know how long she had been in there. Her increasingly hungry stomach reminded her that it had been more than just half a day.

It was just solitary confinement. How could there be no one to bring her food? Quinn Cooper felt a little panicked.

She began to knock on the door and call for help. But no matter how she shouted, no one came, as if there was only this small dark room in the world and nothing else existed outside.

Quinn Cooper was exhausted, huddled behind the door, too weak to even shout for help. She just hoped that the two days would pass quickly and someone would come to let her out.

She lay down at the crack of the door and could faintly see outside.

Until she saw a blurry figure passing by, Quinn Cooper suddenly became energetic. She hadn't drunk water for too long and her voice was very hoarse, but she still shouted recklessly, "Classmate, classmate, please tell the teacher to let me out. Did they forget about me here?"

Amelia was startled by the sudden voice and didn't react at first. Who was speaking? It took her a while to realize that it was Quinn Cooper, as she read the words "solitary confinement" on the door.

She walked over to the door and stared at him coldly. "Quinn Cooper, are you alright?"

"..."

Quinn Cooper heard Amelia's voice and was suddenly hit by a wave of anger and frustration. "Amelia, it's you. You're the one who caused this. You better go find someone to let me out now. If you don't, I won't let you go when I get out."

This person never seemed to learn his lesson. Amelia was not one to be threatened easily. "Hmph," she coldly snorted and walked away.

Quinn Cooper didn't expect Amelia to leave so decisively and was dumbfounded for a moment. Suddenly, a phrase he had read somewhere came to mind: "Why do you watch the fire from across the river instead of helping me?"

"If I started the fire, why should I help you?" Amelia's words rang in his mind, causing him to feel even more hatred towards her. Who else on Forest Peak would harm him besides Amelia? This chance encounter only deepened Quinn Cooper's animosity towards Amelia.

In truth, Amelia was falsely accused. She didn't have that kind of ability. It was actually Tyler who had stirred up the crowd to wrongly accuse her. Two days of solitary confinement were not enough to resolve this matter, and Quinn Cooper suffered even more.

After two days of isolation with no food or water, Quinn Cooper was released looking weak and frail, almost as if he had to be carried out. It was later discovered that no one had arranged for someone to bring him food. Who was responsible for this? That's another story, one that was slowly uncovered.

In two days, the tense assessment had come again. Once again, few people passed, and they were the top students. Amelia and Tyler still lived in their own world.

By the time Quinn Cooper had calmed down, two more days had passed and nearly one-third of the students had passed the assessment.

With only nine days left until the final assessment, everyone began to worry. The more they worried, the more likely they were to make mistakes.

It was like people taking their driver's license exam. They had trained well, but once they got to the exam, they became nervous and panicked, resulting in unsatisfactory results.

Compared to other classes, Class Six was indeed the worst in terms of learning. Their weaknesses naturally showed at this time. After another assessment, most people finally passed, but surprisingly, half of those who didn't pass were from Class Six.

It's worth mentioning that Quinn Cooper, who had wasted so much time, actually passed the previous assessment. She had some ability after all.

"You stutterer, why did you have to admire Amelia? Didn't you help her during the trial? How come she's not here to help you now that you failed the written assessment?" Quinn Cooper sneered.

It turned out that Quinn Cooper was mocking the same timid girl who wanted to help Amelia during the wilderness survival trial.

"It's me... I couldn't pass the exam myself. Don't... don't talk bad about Amelia!" This girl stuttered when she was nervous, but even so, she was defending Amelia.

"I just cursed her out, so what? That bitch, useless..."

"You... you... don't you dare... curse her!" Quinn Cooper stopped the girl, but she was stuttering so much that she got angry and wanted to leave.

However, Quinn Cooper pushed her to the ground and laughed at her. The rest of the students in Class 6 who hadn't taken the exam yet gathered together, helped the girl up, and looked at Quinn Cooper angrily, but they didn't dare say anything.

Quinn Cooper seemed to have gone crazy after being locked up in the black room for too long. She bullied anyone who had been friendly to Amelia. But she didn't dare touch Noah Foster, so she found this girl who was not familiar with Amelia and bullied her instead.

Amelia arrived and saw this scene. She had come to find Quinn Cooper, and it was fortunate that she came early.

Quinn Cooper stepped back a few steps when she saw Amelia and kept a safe distance from her before speaking.

"Hey! Speak of the devil and he shall appear. Aren't you supposed to be training? What are you doing here? Are you going to give these remaining students tutoring? Haha!"

Amelia looked at the girl on the ground, who was looking at her with admiration. She didn't remember doing anything good to make a girl admire her.

"You guessed it right. I came here to give them some pointers." Amelia said calmly.

The remaining students in Class 6 were shocked by Amelia's kindness. Despite her poor health, she came to help them practice. It was truly unexpected.
