It had been a long time since Aldric had been in the water, in fact he had struggled to return to his home for a long time. Feylan swam next to him, giving him curious glances occasionally. Feylan was the only one who truly knew the reason why Aldric never returned and never wanted to. The reason why he trained his body to be stronger than any alpha out there.

The scenery flew by as they swam at a neck-breaking speed. "Feylan if you wanna say anything, I suggest you say it now." Aldric looked at his friend, who let out a heavy sigh.

"Are you gonna be okay? You may run into him..." Aldric's eyes darkened, as he tried to suppress the memories that came rushing back. He was barely sixteen when his first heat his. He thought he would be safe around his guards, but his brother's best friend and personal guard was a different story. Aldric had fought so hard against him, but when the Alpha had subdued him with his pheromones, Aldric was lost to his heat. When he came to, so much had been done, that could never be erased from him.

He never told his brother about what happened, but he had decided that day to never be in a position where he was weaker again. Aldric let his hand fall to grip his sword, and looked at Feylan. "I won't let anything happen to me again. Alpha's are disgusting."

It was the sounds of battle that reached their ears before they saw anything. When they finally came into view of the gigantic beast. His ten tentacles flailed around as it destroyed buildings on top of the city. The beast's form cast a shadow over the whole of the city.

The beast was a grotesque orange-green, with gray mist floating off of it's skin. It's maw was wide open, teeth sharp as it grabbed any sea person it could wrap in it's sticky tentacles. Aldric moved forward with a burst of speed towards the young child that was wrapped in one of the tentacles. Wielding his sword he swiped straight down severing the tentacle. The tentacle opened up as a black inky blood sprayed all over Aldric.

This wasn't his first encounter with a corrupted sea monster. The rotten stench of the monster's flesh hit him smack in the face, as well as pieces of flesh from the people it was consuming. Face to face with rows of sharp teeth as the beast swiveled to attack.

"Flee!" he screamed at the child, bringing his sword up to deflect the attack. A tentacle sweeping through the water to smack him across the chest. With a grunt of pain he went spinning through the water. Slamming into a building is what stopped his free spinning, and his vision swam.

His brother's squad was attempting to tie the beast up with ropes and nets. Trying to capture the beast. Aldric realized before that could happen they would have to subdue the beast. Using telepathy he reached out to the medical team.

"Doc you got any sedatives?"

"Yes, Captain I have plenty." Doc responded to Aldric.

"Enough to drop that beast?" There was a space of silence.

"Yeah..I mean yes Captain."

"Combine all the doses you have into one injection." Aldric's head was starting to pound from the hit against the building. He used his eyes to scan the battle looking for the leader his brother's squad. He didn't expect to see his brother actually leading the charge. Aldric made a quick decision to cast out a full wide telepathic net.

"Clear the monster from the city. Lure it away somehow. I've got a plan."

"Better be a damn good plan Aldric." he heard his brother's voice in his mind.

"It is" he responded. Flicking his tail, Aldric sped straight for Doc. Doc was just finishing up filling up a giant syringe, and huge needle. Aldric flinched slightly.

"Fuck Doc, how did you come so prepared?" Doc just gave him a look

"I am always overly prepared for everything." Doc handed him the syringe. "You need to inject it as close to the brain as possible. It'adll knock him out and fast."

Aldric nodded taking the syringe from Doc. He turned his attention back to the various squads fighting wildly with the beast. They were attacking and fleeing in waves. Slowly the tactic was starting to work. Syringe in hand, Aldric moved towards the monster, at a crawl. He made sure he was out of sight, however his brother looked directly at him.

"What the hell are you doing Aldric?"

"Don't worry about me King Trydan. Just following the plan."

"Get someone else Aldric. That's an order!" his brothers words echoed through Aldric's mind.

"I'm gonna have to disobey." Right as the beast slowly moved it's way from being right on top of the city, Aldric shot straight towards the beast. He slammed the needle right into his eye, pushing the depressor injecting it with the combination of sedatives. A tentacle flew out, again smacking Aldric in the same spot he was previously hit. Again he spun out tail over head, before slamming into an enormous reef.

"Feylan do let them take me to the palace. I wanna go back to the ship." It was the last telepathic thought he sent out, before he was taken over by darkness.

=======================================================

Standing on the bow of his ship Naval Captain Landon Walker held the binoculars up to his black eyes; focusing on the teal sails fluttering in the wind. His short silver hair ruffled in the wind, as he put one foot up on the railing. He leaned his arm on his elevated knee and couldn't help but grin.

The ship he was currently staring at was wanted in several Kingdoms for piracy. Rumors had it that the captain was vicious when it came to seizing and robbing vessels. Word had it that he was a powerful Alpha, most likely superior. No one knew where he hailed from, but his crew was just as ruthless as he.

Landon was going to take this opportunity to take him down. He issued the command to pull along side the port side of the enemy ship. Oddly as the got closer, no alerts could be heard from them. He walked over to the starboard side, and called out.

"This is Captain Landon Walker, of the Sunabae Empire's Navy. Your ship is in Sunabae waters. We will be boarding and searching your vessel." He hailed.

About seven men stood facing him, with one in front. Landon was shocked be the sheer feminine beauty of the group. The man in front walked over, his eyes a yellow opalescent. Never before had Landon seen eyes like these, his hair was the same yellow as his eyes. His body was lean but muscular, but Landon could tell he was several inches shorter than himself.

"This is Third Officer Gray of the Sea Kingdom. Unless you want to cause and interkingdom incident I suggest you not attempt to board the vessel."

Landon was about to respond when the sounds of splashing could be heard. Shadows of at least a couple dozen people covered over his the boat in front of him. Suddenly all he saw was a bunch of naked men and women, one in particular being held in the arms of another completely unconscious.

Feylan looked at Gray and then at the opposite ship. The sails were obviously part of the Sunabae Empire, but Feylan didn't have time to bother with the issue. He had to get Aldric into his quarters.

"Doc! Captain's quarters now!" He barked the order, and spun on his heel heading up the stairs.

Each of those who had returned has various wounds on their bodies, but none were harmed more than the Captain. Feylan couldn't worry about them, even if there was anything serious, the Captain needed to be attended to first. Not only that but Feylan also will have to deal with a very pissed off Alpha King, who would be gunning for Feylan if anything happened to Aldric.

Landon was completely stunned by the turn of events. No one had seen or heard from the Sea Kingdom in six hundred years. Yet, the men and women that had emerged from the water were all definitely part of the Sea People race. No one knew the current military might of the Sea but Landon had no desire to cause an incident.

"I'm not a fucking diplomat." He grunted and then let out a long sigh.

"I'm sending over my medical personnel, Third Officer Gray."

Officer Gray, had already started ignoring the other ship, helping injuries get checked. It was the worst he had ever seen of casualties, not a single person had come back unscathed from the battle. With the offer of Captain Landon he met the mans eyes and nodded.

Suddenly men were swinging from the other ship and landing on theirs. They had rescue bags and first aid kits. He watched as they began to attended to the wounded, evaluating each person. They began to treat the most severe injuries. A loud thud resounded through the deck as Captain Landon, landed on board. Landon grabbed one of the non injured.

"Take me to the Captain's quarters." he demanded. As he let his eyes roam over the occupants, he noticed that all of them were wearing suppressors. He was on a boat full of Omega. 'Ah fuck me.' he thought. 'What is this? A ship run by an Alpha and his harem.' Landon did not think highly of the Captain of this ship, and gritted his teeth as he followed the young Omega scrambling to lead him to the quarters.

Landon burst through the door and his sense were assaulted by the most delicious scent. The scent of a grassy cliff by the sea side on a sunny day. The warm salt air and the earthy scent of the grass growing. He could feel his mouth watering, and he searched for the Omega that this scent was coming from, trying to keep his own pheromones in check. Rainbow eyes that shined like opals in the sun gazed at him, the man attached to them had such delicate features and frail form that Landon assumed that everyone had been damaged defending him. He laid in the Captain's bed, the hues of his messy hair looked like a sunset over a calm sea. A voice interrupted his thoughts as he blankly stared at the Omega.

"It's considered rude to burst into a Captain's room without announcing ones self first." The one called Doc shushed the man who spoke.

"Save your strength Sir, you shouldn't talk right now. You need to rest. Let the First Mate handle it." The doctor and Feylan exchanged glances and nodded.

"Rest Aldric. I'll be back soon." Feylan spun on Landon. "You. Out. Now."

Landon had never felt intimidated by an Omega before, but this tiny yet fierce Omega seemed to do the job. He couldn't help but chuckle. "Okay okay. Put your claws back in." He exited the quarters with one last look at that delicious Omega he wanted to do nothing more to than claim.
