CHAPTER 25 "The Return of Chaos"
Despite the long era of peace that had settled over the realms, Zu Tian knew that the universe was a constantly changing and unpredictable place. He knew that there would always be new threats and challenges to face, and that the defenders must remain vigilant and ready to act.
And so it was that when a great darkness began to spread throughout the universe, Zu Tian and the League of Defenders were quick to respond.
At first, the darkness was just a faint ripple on the edge of the universe. But as it grew stronger, it began to consume everything in its path, leaving only chaos and destruction in its wake.
Zu Tian and the defenders worked tirelessly to push back the darkness, but it seemed as though the more they fought, the stronger the darkness became.
The ancient cultivators joined the fight, lending their immense power to the defenders. But even their combined might seemed to be no match for the spreading darkness.
As the darkness continued to consume everything in its path, Zu Tian realized that they needed to take a different approach. They could not fight the darkness directly, but they could find a way to weaken it and slow its progress.
And so, the defenders began to search for the source of the darkness. They traveled to the farthest reaches of the universe, seeking out clues and piecing together the puzzle.
Finally, they discovered that the darkness had been unleashed by a rogue cultivator, a being who had delved too deeply into the dark arts and had lost control of his powers.
Zu Tian and the defenders confronted the rogue cultivator, but he was too powerful to be defeated by conventional means. In a last-ditch effort, Zu Tian and Liu Yang joined their powers, unleashing a devastating attack that destroyed the rogue cultivator and weakened the darkness.
With the source of the darkness destroyed, the defenders were able to contain and eventually dispel it. But the cost had been high, and many of the defenders had been lost in the battle.
Zu Tian looked upon the devastation that had been wrought and knew that it was time for a change. The League of Defenders had done their best to protect the realms, but they needed to be more proactive in their approach.
And so, Zu Tian announced that he was founding a new organization, one that would be dedicated to seeking out and eliminating potential threats before they could become too powerful.
This organization, called the Order of the Divine Dragon, would be comprised of the strongest and most skilled defenders, each of whom would be tasked with rooting out potential dangers and neutralizing them before they could do harm.
The Order of the Divine Dragon quickly became one of the most powerful organizations in the universe, feared and respected by all who knew of it. The defenders worked tirelessly to protect the realms, and the people looked upon them with gratitude and admiration.
As the years passed, the universe settled into a new era of peace and stability, one that was maintained by the constant vigilance of the Order of the Divine Dragon. And although there were still challenges and threats to face, Zu Tian and the defenders knew that they were ready for whatever the future may bring.
