But even if he could rush there in a month, Di Tou felt that it wasn't the most effective usage of time. Although he was in a rush and wanted to do things expediently, simply shortening the time he took to finish every objective wasn't enough, as there were simply too many objectives and too many potential dead ends.
It was much better to multitask and get a few things done at once, that way even if one thing fizzled, another success could prop it up.
Di Tou's rough plan was to spend the next month traveling northward, following the edge of the mountain range to head towards the Six Toed Cats Scratch region. Along the way, he would naturally focus on perfecting his 'natural' state at night, and thus his movement speed would be a bit more variable, while during the day he would spend time reading from jade slips and other pieces of information he had brought along with him while traveling.
