Ultimately, a day was too short to brew a whole new jar of wine. Not even mentioning the production time, just the fact that the familial wine was a special wine, one that would typically remain as an idea and 'ferment' for years in the parents minds as they considered what sort of legacy to leave behind for their children meant that it wasn't something that could just be pulled together in an afternoon. In regards to this, the two Wang sisters were quite distressed.
Although they were proud to be members of the Wang family, the two Wang sisters weren't obstinate. Some traditions they didn't like could be thrown away, and aspects that were tedious they could acknowledge were tedious. Some they might do out of obligations and a desire to carry on the legacy, and others they would… well, stop. After all, the real essence of the Wang family was freedom. Absolute freedom… within the confines of the mortal world and morality of course.
