Ladling out the three wines, it wasn't so simple as to just drink them. Wines were unique and came in all sorts of shapes and forms to begin with, much less the wines of the Wang family which were rather unique in style. The most obvious difference was the temperature! The majority of wines that were served in the tavern were warmed wines, that had to be heated first. Of the three wines they had today, the thirty year old wine was such a wine that had to be brewed before being drunk.
