It's just another ordinary day.
It seemed like a simple sentence, but it contained intense profundities, which were the source of the strength that Di Tou felt like he could pull out of nowhere.
The most plain reason was the feeling of being everywhere and in all sorts of conditions that Di Tou felt. Rain, shine, city, village… as an ordinary janitor, no matter the condition, no matter how tired and sore your bones were, you still had to work, you still had to live! You might feel sick, you might feel tired, you might feel wonderful and exhilarated, but it was ultimately just another day.
Even if you won the lottery or got married, ultimately, the world would go on, people would continue living, and streets would still need to be cleaned. Even if the whole world was gone, ruined in some grand war, the world would keep spinning and the sun would keep shining.
