Confronted with this situation, Di Tou could only shake in fear, hiding near the eaves of the hut in hopes that however flimsy, the roof of the hut would be able to block some lightning for him, should the tribulation clouds continue.
Although the fact that the clouds had stopped and the presence of Heaven's Will was weaker was clear to him, confronted with this sort of calamity, he didn't dare to be brave, didn't dare to be wise. It was best to be a little coward, and hide for a little while longer.
A few hours later, the hut began to turn, and the mechanism that had pushed the beam of light atop the well water turned off, although, seeing as the tribulation clouds had blocked off half the sky, the beam of light had disappeared long ago.
Seeing the door of the hut, Di Tou gave the clouds in the sky one last cautious look before opening the door of the hut and disappearing inside.
