Of course, the reason Di Tou called this little space a 'path' was because on the right side, the bottom of the hut almost perfectly aligned with the edge of the mountain beneath it before steeply dropping off into the cloud layer. So the little bit of space on the right side, however minute, could indeed only be called a path in comparison.
That being said… whoever designed this path was a f*cking lunatic. Imagine standing so high up in the sky that if you looked down all you could see was clouds, and with each breath, the slightly thin oxygen would bite at your stamina. In such a place, a tiny path, as thick as a palm could be seen. To cross this path, there was no railing, no thing to hold onto, just a straight wall one would have to awkwardly hug as they shuffled alongside the path. How f*cking terrifying, ah!
