The current usage of the Cultivators Embassy was very simple. It was a place for delegates of the various sects and powers that were interested and invested in the Academy to have meetings. After all, although it was fine to invite people over to your villa or even to your student's dormitory, for the various sects which were very picky and peculiar about who was 'stronger and weaker' and the meaning behind various formalities, being the one to 'visit' and the one to be 'visited' was actually quite different, and quite an important difference too.
The Embassy made a nice place for various delegates who wanted to meet to meet up and discuss on equal footing. It also helped that the building itself was built rather nicely, with large open rooms with good lighting, and yet also the proper formations to ensure privacy.
