Mischievously, he spoke in his head, 'She was definitely unaware of what he was planning to do'. After taking a large bite from the apple and observing her face turn into one of annoyance, he backed away.
"I dislike it when you steal my food like this" She exclaimed.
Her cheeks and nose had reddened, and she couldn't look cuter. It caused him to laugh, which subsequently made her angry.
He always did this and was never sorry for it! She huffed, turning her face to the other side.
"I don't think you dislike it" He countered with a friendly smile.
She was annoyed, he noticed. With a lingering smirk on his lips, he reached for her cheek and turned her face towards him, "I apologize, alright?"
Scoff. She knew he didn't mean it, he was happy she was as vulnerable as this, she thought.
Anyway, since he did say 'he apologized', she decided to let him go, " Fine"
