When Davi returned home, she wasn't surprised to find her mother waiting impatiently by the doorstep. Her arms were folded and her feet tapping on the ground in anger, the expression on her face matched her actions. She was angry.
She saw her dear daughter coming back and she quickly rushed, going to reprimand her. "What is it? Can't I send you on a little errand, you chose to spend your eternity there... Or tell me, did those boys keep you waiting again?" She sharply inquired with a glare darted to her daughter. Just because she was blossoming now doesn't mean she should act big and delay her whenever she ran on an errand.
Davi pursed her lips, she looked remorseful she said, "I'm sorry Mother. I promise I didn't do it intentionally... Look, I got injured" She showed her the bruised arm.
