Because of the whole scandal with kang and the hospitalized students, the police decided to investigate all the students at the school, it wasn't easy and it would take some time so they first started with those who where close to the victim.
the next day after school some officers came to Jin's house
when Jin was called down stares he was asked a few questions about the incident but towards the end he was asked a question which made him remember something he had forgotten

Jin took a second to think about this but not what some might think, he was actually thinking of something opposite, if these officers where asking how well he knew Hinata then that ment they found out that stuff about her and there checking to see if I know about it too

The next day, at school Jin noticed Hinata wasn't exactly herself, she was forcing herself to smile
as Jin got to his seat Hinata greeted him and he greeted her back but it ended there, usually Hinata would start up a conversation but instead see just continued talking to here friends.
mean while at the student council, They all where in shock because Jin's plan had worked perfectly. All the blame had gone to Kang because Jin had photoshopped the photos they took of him and used it as evidence against Kang, he also used his position in the student council as a cover for chasing after Kang and finally covered the beating he gave Kang as a gang attack because Kang was in a gang so it wouldn't be far fetched but what shocked them the most was Jin had done exactly what he said he would do, he put Kang in the hospital with several severely fractured bones plus internal injuries, it wasn't yet confirmed if he was in a coma or not but he was certainly in critical condition when the police found him

the school thinks it was our idea and have given acknowledged us, and the students now show us respect not to mention we are now recognized as a group with some say in school and it was all his doing but, Chun LI said
he did all that to cover his revenge Joon said slamming his fist on the table
Aldo everybody got what they wanted Hana didn't like being used as a pawn and neither did any member of the council, they where all top of the class in there respective fields so they had some pride buy to think a transfer student could use the position they so cherished like that was annoying
At the cafeteria Jin was about getting his food before Hinata pulled him out of the line,

Jin stopped eating and looked at Hinata who wasn't smiling at all, she was serious, Jin hadn't seen her so serious before
