As the group stood to their feet, still trembling from the deadly game, Max glanced at the unlocked door, his smirk fading into something more serious.
"This was just a warm-up. The mastermind wanted to shake us up, make us turn on each other. But we can't let that happen. Stick together, and we'll beat whatever's next."
Max said solemnly, indirectly warning everyone to leave the grudges behind and work together as a team.
Victoria nodded, brushing her hair back and taking a deep breath. "You're right. No matter how crazy things get, we can't lose sight of that."
Leslie looked pale, but he managed a weak smile. "I-I don't know if I can keep up with this… but I'll try."
Ivan, still scowling, crossed his arms. "Don't think this makes you the leader, Max. I'll follow for now, but don't push your luck."
